The neighbourhood

The homes are arranged around a generous shared garden and each home has its own front door and private garden.

A garden at the heart of the neighbourhood

The shared garden forms the green heart of Millers’ Field, providing a beautiful view from homes and a space for residents to enjoy together. Alongside private gardens, retained allotments and the new nature area, it creates different ways to spend time outdoors, whether gardening, relaxing, enjoying nature or spending time with neighbours.

Friends and neighbours

The way homes, paths and gardens are arranged has been carefully considered to create opportunities for neighbours to cross paths naturally. A quick chat, seeing familiar faces or sharing gardening tips might seem like small things, but over time these everyday encounters can help a neighbourhood feel familiar and connected.

Growing space

The shared garden, alongside the independently run allotments next to the site, offer space for residents to garden and grow their own produce.
